SWWLA will assist you in the following ways:
- Coaching Clinics - SWWLA will provide Lacrosse Coaches Clinics prior to your first practice. Topics will include - LAX 101, rules review, how to run a practice, catching and throwing technique, offensive basics, defensive basics, how to work with parents, safety emphasis, age appropriate drills etc.
- Practice Plans - We will have sample practice plans that could take you through and entire youth season.
- Drill and Demo Videos - We will create and link to the various online resources for drills and fundamental development
- Player Clinics - SWWLA will provide in-season Clinics and Jamboree to help supplement your players development during the Spring Season.
- Shadow/Mentor Coaching opportunities - SWWLA will facilitate the opportunity to attend local high school and college practices so that you can see practices via a mentor.
- PERK! One Free Player Registration - SWWLA will provide one Free Player Registration per coach. This may be used for your child or other player who may be in financial need.
- PERK! SWWLA Apparel - You will provide you with some SWWLA swag.
- PERK! Reimbursement for your U.S. Lacrosse Membership, $50

Support the SWWLA as an Official
Please contact SWWLA if you are a mature person aged 16 or over, interested in being a Youth Lacrosse Official.
You will attend Mandatory Officials Trainings and be paid per game that you officiate.
This can be a great part-time job!
